Overview
Certified Ass Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our copyright agent by providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on our website
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate
We will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA and may restore content if a valid counter-notification is received and no legal action is taken by the original complainant within 10-14 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had content removed from our service more than twice.
False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We may seek damages from any party that submits a false DMCA notice.
Limitation of Liability
We act as a neutral intermediary and do not make any judgment about the validity of copyright claims. We simply remove content upon receipt of valid DMCA notices and restore content upon receipt of valid counter-notifications, as required by law.
