At Certified Ass Academy, we strive to provide high-quality digital awards and services. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

Digital Products and Services

Digital Awards and Certificates

Due to the digital nature of our awards and certificates, all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to your purchase
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Significant errors in the award content that cannot be corrected

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Refunds may be considered for billing errors or technical issues

Physical Products

Return Window

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:

  • The item is in original condition
  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • All original packaging and materials are included

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom or personalized physical products are only eligible for refund if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The item was incorrectly customized due to our error
  • The item significantly differs from what was ordered

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or photos (for damaged items)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Digital products: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Physical products: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed (except in cases of technical issues)
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Services that have already been provided
  • Items purchased with promotional or discount codes (unless defective)

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

For physical product returns:

  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label
  • If the return is for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We may require the return of the damaged item
  • We will cover all return shipping costs

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. This allows us to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive relationship. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
